- Cars may be inspected at any time.
- The race director may reject any car, part, modification, or configuration that does not follow the intent of the rules.
02 Approved Parts
Racers may use any part made and manufactured by 1RC Racing LLC, provided that the part was specifically designed and intended for the exact car and class being raced.
- Parts may not be transferred between different types of 1RC cars or different racing classes.
- A part being manufactured by 1RC Racing LLC does not automatically make it legal for every 1RC vehicle.
- Parts from Sprint Cars, Late Models, EDMs, Modifieds, or any other vehicle type may not be used across classes unless 1RC Racing LLC specifically identifies the part as being intended for both vehicles.
- Parts may not be adapted, modified, reshaped, drilled, cut, ground, lightened, bent, or combined to make them fit a vehicle for which they were not intended.
- Homemade performance parts are not permitted.
- Aftermarket performance parts are not permitted unless specifically approved by Spare Time Raceway.
- Hardware such as screws, nuts, washers, clips, body fasteners, and wiring retainers may be replaced with equivalent parts as long as they do not create a performance advantage.
- When there is a question regarding the legality of a part, the racer must receive approval from the race director before using it in competition.
- The race director's decision regarding part eligibility is final.
03 Class Eligibility
Each vehicle must compete in its proper class.
